Where do I start.. the staff went above and beyond to make each person feel welcome ,no matter how busy they were. It's labor day weekend and even though the amount of families was a bit overwhelming, I was still able to find my own slice of paradise. So many names to list of excellent staff.Paola at paralia, Gabriel and Henry at Luma bar, Anthony and Richard at rum bar, Matthew at dune bar, Ricky at pura Vida, even management- Christian at valet, Dan, Robert, and a brief encounter with Didier. From top to bottom, such a welcoming experience. Highly recommend. The food was good, views amazing, rooms are comfortable. But praise to be given

We had an incredible stay, one of the top Ritz properties we’ve been too and one of the best resort stays overall ever! Everyone and everything is exceptional! The F&B manager, Ray, was the best manager I’ve ever seen, making sure to check in with us and sent a nice welcome package to the room for Titanium Elite bonvoy status - a big reason we stay loyal to marriott is because of service like this. Myriam, Monica and Joel in the club lounge were also amazing. They made the club experience so enjoyable and it was worth every penny paying for the club lounge. We can’t wait to come back!

A huge thank you to Rimon, Robert amd Annaya for making this such an incredible stay. As someone who spends 200+ nights a year in hotels, I can honestly say your hospitality stands out. Thank you for going above and beyond with your attentiveness, professionalism, thoughtful upgrades, and outstanding service. The food was excellent, the pool was spotless, the cabanas were beautiful and welcoming, and every detail made us feel valued. It's people like you who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything-we can't wait to come

We don’t check out for another night, but the Ritz Carlton exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. Secluded, but very close to downtown Miami and Brickell in case you need to drive in for the evening, etc. Service was top notch from the valet to the housekeeping. Our daughter (18 months old) was with us and every staff member was incredibly warm to her being there. The rooms are well kept and updated. We spent the majority of the time out of the room doing activities, but it was a comfortable end to each day. We are already looking at planning another stay here for our next vacation.
